Located in Ottawa's Major's Hill Park, the Canadian Building Trades Monument is a tribute to those who lost their lives while working in the construction industry. The installation features imaginative sculptures made from Cambrian Black granite.

The sculptor and architect for this project were chosen through a city-wide art competition, with John Greer and Brian MacKay-Lyons emerging as winners.
